The 20.950,00 sqm office building includes 1 underground parking level, a branch office and restaurant at ground floor, central server and vault premises and 7 office floors. Each office floor is designed to accommodate open floor plan and individual office configurations. All building services and bank specific installations are controlled locally and centrally by BMS. Various redundancy concepts for power supply and cooling provide stable environments for the bank's core systems. Additional standalone bank security systems are monitoring the building. The architectural finishing is dominated by a central atrium, glass & metal facades and modular interior elements.
