The resort is planned on Zlatibor mountain, it consists of one hotel and 10 residential apartment buildings with large underground parking garage. The design of the objects was tended by clear architectural expression of the mountain house. Apartment buildings are connected with pedestrian plateau, which is planed with vegetation and urban mobility, so that it creates rest zone allowing socializing and interaction between users of the complex.
