It is located at the foot of the Klekovaca Mountain, on the Kozila Plateau, at 805 to metres above sea level, covering an area of 383ha with planned accommodation capacity of about 15,000 beds. The wider complex of the Klekovaca Tourist Centre includes an additional area of 2,250ha where winter and summer tourist facilities are planned (mountain ethno-village, Alpine and Nordic ski slopes, snowboard parks, adrenalin parks etc.) Beging team designers won 2nd prize on the International Competition for Urban planning and preliminary design competing alongside invited entries of Europe most prominent architectural teams such as MVRDV (Netherland), Lacaton & Vassalle (France), Sauerbruch Hutton (Germany), Herreros Arquitectos (Spain), Baumshlager Hutter ( Austria) and other. Later hired by Investor to develop a Master Plan for the area of Klekovaca Mountain ( based on the 1st ranking competition solution by Nodo17 - Italy ) which has been successfully finished and adopted by RS State Counsil . For the Master Plan development our team was awarded 2nd prize on the 26th International Urban Planners Exibition in Niš, Serbia
