"Centrum” Retail Park is located in the commercial part of the central area of Gradiška. The Retail centre "Centrum" includes shopping facilities, necessary storage facilities, technical and office premises and food service facilities. All the parking spaces required for these functions were formed at the ground level with a total of 280 passenger car parking spaces. The gross building area is 16 850 sqm.
