The 38 100 sqm of rental space built in three phases. First and second phase are Belgrade Office Park I & II buildings (32 900sqm) and third phase is Belgrade Office Park Extension covering both buildings (5 200sqm). Belgrade Office Park I & II are connected with glazed bridges between the building office areas. Ground floor level includes main receptions, restaurant, storages and technical rooms. The office space is designed as open space, flexible for accommodating various office arrangements according to tenant requirements. Every office floor contains elevator lobby, four sanitary blocks, server room and an evacuation staircase. Belgrade Office Park Extension is designed as an addition to existing business building rental space. The added floor is designed as a glazed cube set on the top of buildings, with intention of making the added floor differ in architectural expression. Added office floor is designed to accommodate open floor plan and individual office configurations.
